Using the service
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, prices, tax configuration, staff access, and legal obligations. Sorva is a software service and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or operational advice.
Availability and changes
We communicate material service changes, integration limitations, and incidents through the appropriate support channels. Specific availability, support, payment, and data terms are confirmed in the customer agreement.
