This public overview explains the principles behind Sorva's data and service relationship. Before onboarding, we provide the current full policy and agreement for review.
What we handle
Sorva may handle restaurant configuration, menu content, orders, payment references, staff activity, customer feedback, and operational reports. We collect and use only what is needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Access and retention
Access should follow staff roles and business need. We explain retention, export, deletion, backups, and incident handling during onboarding and in the full agreement.
